Rebecca Grannetia

Rebecca Grannetia was born in 1967 in Geleen. She started her horn studies in Maastricht and continued at the Royal Conservatoire in The Hague with Martin van de Merwe. She graduated in 1994 and obtained the diplomas Teaching and Performing Musician.

Subsequently, she substituted with numerous Dutch orchestras, including the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, the broadcasting orchestras, the Netherlands Ballet Orchestra and the Netherlands Philharmonic Orchestra.

Rebecca has been working for Muziekcentrum van de Omroep since 2000. She started in the former Radio Chamber Orchestra and was subsequently a member of the Radio Chamber Philharmonic. Since August 2013 she is 2nd horn player of the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra.
