Hans Wolters

Hans Wolters has been 1st oboist in the Radio Philharmonic Orchestra since 2007. He studied at the Utrecht Conservatoire with Ernest Rombout.

Hans was principal oboist in the Swedish Norrköpings Symfoniorkester, the Kungliga Operan Stockholm, Het Brabants Orkest and the European Union Youth Orchestra. As a soloist, he has performed with the Nationaal Jeugd Orkest, the Concertgebouw Kamerorkest, Het Brabants Orkest and the Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie, among others.

Besides his work in the RFO, Hans Wolters is a member of the Farkas Quintet Amsterdam and principal study teacher in oboe at Codarts Conservatoire Rotterdam.
