Heroic
John Williams is now in his nineties, but he is still composing—and not just film music. For the 1984 Olympic Games, he wrote*Olympic Fanfare*, which he performed himself with his beloved Boston Pops Orchestra at the premiere. He composed the follow-up,*Call of the Champions*, for the 2002 Winter Olympics. The robust sounds dedicated to fearless sports heroes complete this tribute to the film composer.
